Green Graphite Technologies expands its Board with experienced leaders as it moves towards commercialization of its patented Lithium-Ion Battery (LiB) graphite purification technologies.

Green Graphite Technologies Inc. (“GGT”), a leading innovator in the LiB graphite technology sector, is thrilled to announce the addition of Antoine C. Schellinger and Wayne Maddever to its esteemed Board of Directors. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s advancement of its leadership team for fostering sustainable growth.
Antoine brings in a wealth of knowledge with over 30 years of experience at the senior executive level in several different industrial sectors, having overseen the engineering, construction, and management of large capital projects. His engineering, law and MBA degrees combined with his extensive experience bring a unique blend of technical, financial and legal skills to the GGT team. Antoine’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment as GGT solidifies its position as a leader in cutting-edge technology. His insights and leadership will be instrumental in guiding the company towards achieving new heights in innovation and sustainability.
Since 1985, Wayne, a Ph.D. Materials Science engineer, has held senior executive management positions in start-up, turnaround, and acquisition situations, where his skills at change management have brought considerable success in the commercialization of new technologies.
His experience in private and public companies, both domestically and internationally, spans a broad variety of industries, including bio and advanced materials, precision manufacturing, recycling, waste to energy and medical devices. He is currently Advisor and Portfolio Manager at Bioindustrial Innovation Canada, responsible for its Sustainable Chemistry Alliance investment fund. He also lectures at McMaster University on Leadership for Innovation and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Materials (U.K).
