GGT recognized as one of Canada’s most investible cleantech companies.

Montreal, Canada, November 5, 2025

Green Graphite Technologies Inc. (“GGT) is thrilled to announce that the company has been named to Foresight Canada’s 2025 Foresight 50 list, recognizing Canada’s most investible cleantech companies, leading the charge toward a resilient and sustainable economy.

Gillian Holcroft, Co-Founder and CEO of GGT, was on hand in Calgary, Alberta yesterday evening for the unveiling of the 2025 Foresight 50. Ms. Holcroft celebrated this milestone alongside Foresight Canada, international investors, industry leaders, and innovators from across the Canadian cleantech community.

Ms. Holcroft had the following to say:

In just four years, GGT has transformed our patented graphite purification technology into a scalable solution for the battery materials supply chain. The market urgently needs a cost-effective and sustainable way to onshore production of battery-grade graphite outside of China — and GGT is delivering it. As we move into the demonstration phase of our go-to-market strategy, this Foresight 50 recognition validates our commercial potential and signals strong investor confidence. We are now raising US$7M to complete our demonstration and accelerate our path to market. Thank you to our partners, investors, and supporters — and congratulations to all fellow honourees.

The 2025 Foresight50 is presented by Foresight Canada, in partnership with Export Development Canada, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Calgary Innovation Coalition, Fasken, Platform Calgary, Bonsai Growth Solutions, Brightspot Climate, and media sponsor Carbon Life Media. Foresight would also like to thank the National Research Council Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP), for providing funding support for its Cleantech Ventures program.
